lhptransport was great to work with. I got an e-mail confirmation directly from them once the bid was accepted, followed up with a phone call to confirm the pickup and drop off locations as well as the VIN number of the car being picked up.
The car was picked up on the promised date and dropped off as promised. Everything went according to schedule with no hiccups and I was in touch with the driver throughout.
I will definitely use this company again. Very smooth transaction from beginning

Randy was a complete professional from beginning to end. He took the time to understand the nature of the shipmet, he got the necessary equpment to get the job done and followed through. He was in touch throughout - from the time he picked up the vehicle till it was dropped off.

The whole process was very well handled..from pickup to dropoff. I was able to get in touch with the driver as needed and he was punctual. To my utmost surprise, the car was in a covered carrier. This couldn't have been handled any better in my opinion. 5 star service!!!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider's truck developed a mechanical fault this morning as a result of which it will no longer be possible to pick up and deliver the vehicle.within the previously discussed timeframe
I was informed via e-mail this morning.
I also want to add that the service provider has been very professional and courteous throughout the whole bidding process. It's just unfortunate that the mechanical fault prevented this from going through.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward It would be much better if you just came out and said that you didn't feel like transporting the vehicle or that your schedule couldn't accomodate the move.
I didn't tell you that there was no paperwork on the vehicle. I said all the papers were at the pickup location and that they would be handed over to you when you picked up the vehicle. Yes, I did say the car wasn't stolen and guess what? It isn't stolen. The transporter who brought it down brought it with all the papers(Bill of Sale fro

Why would I have made a bid on this if I didn't feel like hauling it? For us to turn down something its either going to be unsafe or there suspicious activity surrounding it. Case closed!!!!
