The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper does return phone calls or emails. Did not show up as scheduled. The shipper told me he has picked up my shipment when in fact he has not.

we picked up your bike form the dealer in michigan only to learn 2000 miles later he gave us the wrong bike....you kept asking us if we picked it up....we picked up a bike that turned out to be the wrong one...not our fault....sorry....luckly no sunk oil platform over this mistake!!!! were willing to bring correct bike but another shipper had it...

I would highly recommend this shipper. The vehicle shipped was a very rare classic convertible and my baby received much tender loving care during transport. Excellent communication from the driver at all stages of the journey. I would use this driver again anytime.
