Johhny did a fantastic job communicating with me and taking good care of my boat while hauling it. He even helped my father put the cover on the boat after delivering it. He stayed in constant contact with me. Very professional, highly recommend!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Tried calling this provider several times, left messages and he never called back. I needed him to notify the "pick-up party" 24hrs before pick-up. I emailed him and they finally responded by e-mail only to tell me that if I need to get intouch with him that I need to call the same number I've been calling which they don't answer. The bid they offered was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for, I should have listened to all the other reviews on this shipper. It's very uncomfortable when

THE PLACE IT WAS CLOSE, WE WAITED AND WHEN WE CALL YOU YOU SAID DIDN'NT WANT THE SERVICE ANYMORE, AFTER WE WENT FROM FAR AWAY TO GET YOUR BIKE, DON'T DO THIS TO SERVICE PROVIDERS, WE HAVE 10 DAYS TO PICK UP AND WE WERE THER IN 3, SO WHATEVER YOU ARE SAYING IT IS A LIE.
