A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved By no fault of the shipper, there was a misunderstanding on my part with the pickup date. Unfortunately, they are unable to assist me in the shipment of my animals in the desired time-frame. I spoke with a representative and the transporter; both were very professional and understanding of my situation. If I am unable to locate a shipper before October, they offered me their services. Great customer service!
