All went great as expected. Only problem was trailer was in shop and wasn't ready when it was suppose to be. That slowed pick up and delivery late. No fault of any of us the trailer shop was the problem.

Gayland was great to work with and Shabam was a great traveler as well. He did perfectly each night off loaded and then back on the trailer each morning for his long journey. Thank you for your business and we would love to help out again in the future if needed. Thank you ~AC Equine Xpress~

Thank you for allowing us to serve you! Sorry our contact methods included text although we didn't utilize it. We normally update our travel info via email, it's easier and convenient for most customers but since you had no email access, text was the next best thing. I don't think we ever actually used text since you only utilize phone calls. It's more difficult with coast to coast hauls due to the time zone differences but I am glad we were able to succeed with meeting your communication needs.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was really looking forward to working with Gayland, she seems very nice, but I had some personal family things come up that I need to take care of & wouldn't be able to complete this shipment until August/September & I did not think that would be fair to her. I hope everything works out for you & wish you the best!

The shipment was originally listed as p/u after 7/17/15. The shipper wanted to p/u before which I was happy to hear but the repairs were not completed. Luckily for me it all worked out in the end and Mr. Cloud was very accommodating, understanding and helpful in resolving the issues. I say lucky because he was so easy to work with. He kept me posted on where he was via uship tracking and the trailer was delivered in good shape. I would most definitely recommend him for any job. Charlie did a good job of keeping me informed about my horse, even though he likes to text and I don't :). Both of the owners where my horse was picked up and dropped off remarked about what a competent handler of horses he was and the quality of his equipment. This shipper is the best. Both Kirk and Bill kept in great contact all along the way. It was clear that Bill loved my horse all the way across the country and he arrived in good shape.
