Communication was poor - Customer was not helpful in resolving problems Response from Charles S.: Completely unwarranted feedback. ShipAG did not pick up the shipment on the day their contract specified. Andy was the one who told me the pick up date and then did not contact a carrier with sufficient lead time to make the date he had promised. The problems needed resolving were created by ShipAG, and I made numerous phone calls and my self and the shipper wasted several hours over 2 days to make this happen. I left 3 voicemails to Andy that were NEVER returned. "Poor communication?" Right...

Overall, a good experience. The positives: great price, the shipment arrived in good condition, in a timely manner.
The negative: When booked the with ShipAG, I made it clear that the shipment had to be picked up on a specific date, approximately 2 weeks from the date of booking. ShipAG acknowledged that date and all paperwork showed the pickup date. ShipAG failed to honor that date, and the shipment was delayed causing extra work for both parties involved.
