The car was delivered on quickly and it was in good condition, but...the pick-up was almost 2 days after they said it was going to be, and the driver did charge me $20 for having items in my car (which weren't heavy, but he insisted). The people I spoke with at the company were very courteous, and the price was more than reasonable.
