This was my first time having a vehicle transported. I bought a VW bus from a guy 3 states away. Carol made it worry free, by always staying in contact with me and the guy I bought it from..I looked into a ton of transporter sites and got a bunch of quotes. I was uncomfortable using a broker because I wouldn't know who would actually pick it up, when, or the exact price I would pay to actually entice a trucker to pick it up.Carol and her husband were the actual drivers and did as promised,THANKS
