The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This is a GEM CAR not a golf cart. I cannot fit it into the rig for transport and thus, cannot move it for the shipper.

Our guys were great and delivered as promised. They worked with our schedule and even showed us how to turn on our new electric car.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I listed all specs for my vehicle (height, weight, lenght, width, etc.). This vehicle goes 25 mph max and is used on the golf course or can be used under limited circumstances on the road. Even though we exchanged some correspondence about the roof not being able to be taken off, the shipper assumed that it could be as apparently is possible in many golf carts.

I would have mo0ved this if it was a golf cart but it is an electric gem car that I could not make fit in the space. Shipper was a very NICE person and I would gladly try to help her in the future!!!!
