A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The enclosed truck was broke down, a day earlier of scheduled day. The next truck to the same area was an open one. So we gave the option to the customer and he decline our option.

I highly recommend SLEEPYHALLOW. They transported my classic car very quickly and without any issues. Their rate was reasonable and the driver/owner is very professional and easy to work with. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I contracted for an enclosed carrier. Company called me today and said they could not send an enclosed carrier and wanted to send an open carrier to pick up my car. I refused as this was not I agreed to. Please cancel this shipment and refund my deposit. Thank you
