Everything arrived safely. Thomas did a good job communicating with us as the shipment progressed. Very friendly. Very helpful. Definately recommend Thomas.

Pitcher Transport suppose to pick my furniture up between 11am and 1pm on April 9th. He sent an email and asked if he could arrive around 6pm or 7pm. He never showed up. I called him repeatedly and also left a call back number. I even emailed him. He never responded. He wasn't even courteous enough to tell me he wasn't coming so I could re-list my shipment earlier. If he wrote and tried to make other accomodations, I would have made every effort to do business with him. But he just ignore

Danny picked up and delivered our dog on schedule (as promised). I believe he took good care of her and even hugged her as he was leaving. You can tell that he loves dogs. Danny kept us informed throughout the trip with his cell phone.
