The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The first time I tried to reach this customer for pickup, the pickup contact did not respond and we were forced to continue our trip. The customer listed the pickup and drop off dates as flexible, and has been anything but. I cannot contact this customer by phone as he is overseas, just email, and it seems that he only receives half my email. This customer is a headache and I am more than happy to cancel this shipment. Thank you.

delay and no more informations between shipment, I left the phone number who can contact anytime but he doesn't contact him and I ask my friend who is waiting for him,he said nobody call him.not really for half email,I sent more emails after he left the reason about weather but nothing reply.time frame flexible but not delay for a month and I'm happy to can cel :-) thanks e reason

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider said that he tried to contact me when he was supposed to pick this up a month ago (I left kevin's number who take care of atv )and he could not get in contact with anyone when he was there and he also said address would not come up on his gps and he couldn't get ahold of me or the person at the pickup , the phone number I provided is not good so he had no way of getting in touch with anyone and I didn't respond to his emails.
