Overall, I would use Frank’s Transport again. The car arrived in the same condition, ahead of schedule and superior customer service was demonstrated in handling the transaction’s complexities (narrow time frame to pick up the car and my sister received the car but needed to pay with my PayPal). One criticism is that the actual person (sub-contractor?) transporting the car did not adequately communicate his expected arrival only giving one hour notice and then showed up late the following day.
