I cannot say enough about 1st Class. I sent my request Friday while boarding a flight to Seattle, Denes picked up my V-Strom in Seattle a few hours later and delivered it to me in San Francisco by the time I ret'd 3 days later! His Sprinter van was packed carefully and with utmost caution as he also had onboard a Ducati, over $100K worth of imported, handmade instruments, and his sweet mother who was along for the ride! This is old-school, pride in work service as it should be. Thank you!
