THIS CUSTOMER BOOKED LOAD 10/14. OUR BID STATED WE WOULD PICK UP IN 1-5 DAYS. WE SET UP WITH CARRIER 10/19 BUT CUSTOMER DECLINED STATING HE REQUESTED SAME DAY PICK UP FROM ACCEPTED. OUR TERMS NEVER HAD THAT STIPULATION.

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped Service provider bid clearly stated that they are going to pick up vehicle by 10/14/10 and deliver it by 10/16/10. I can provide a copy of the bid with the timeframe clearly described.

Our bids are computer generated and must still be verified directly with us to confirm availability prior to accepting. This was not done by this shipper.
