Poor communication. Had to communicate with seller to learn more about my shipper. Costed me time and money for his broken promises and delays. Passed me up en route to deliver to someone else. Another dissatisfied customer recently shared my experience. We all run into problems. To prevent negative feedback, return your customers' calls, emails and texts. That's not too much to ask. Common courtesy. We worry about our property.
