I often ship cars, materials, heavy shelters, and a lot of random "big" stuff.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I DID NOT IGNORE THE CUSTOMER I SPOKE WITH HIM EVERYDAY EXCEPT WEDNESDAY WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE AT A FUNERAL AND HE STILL CALLED ME ON THIS DAY. I SENT TWO TRUCKS ONE ON SUNDAY AND HE SAID THERE WAS A GATE PASS THERE WHICH COULD NOT BE FOUND. THEN I SENT A SECOND TRUCK ON TUESDAY THE GATE PASS WAS STILL NOT FOUND. I HAVE TO PAY THESE TRUCKS A DRY RUN FEE SO IM THE ONLY ONE PAING FOR THIS LOAD. I HAD A TRUCK SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY AND HE DECIDED TO CALL IT QUITS. ITS NOT MY FAULT I DONT WORK Response from Jordan W.: I feel as though I must respond:
1. I booked the shipping on a Friday with a requested pickup of Sunday. The first truck did not "arrive" until the next Tuesday. I was never called to be informed of a gate pass problem, instead the truck just left.
2. I REPEATEDLY called and asked for updates and received no response.
3. When a truck was finally booked, it was for 12 days AFTER my initial requested date.

This was a very smooth transaction at the pick up and the del. We had good communication the entire time. I would gladly do business with them again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper has been completely unresponsive and the vehicle is still waiting to be picked up.
Response from jimjim: I SPOKE WITH THIS CUSTOMER EVERYDAY EXCEPT SUNDAY WHEN MY OFFICE IS CLOSED AND ON WEDNESDAY. HE WAS TOLD I WOULD BE AT A FUNERAL AND STILL CALLED MY ANYWAY. HE ACCEPTED MY BID ON SATURDAY I HAD A TRUCK THERE ON SUNDAY WITH NO GATE PASS YOU CAN NOT TAKE THE CAR. THEN I SENT A SECOND TRUCK ON WEDNESDAY AFTER 5:00 PM WITH NO LUCK OF FINDING A GATE PASS AGAIN. I HAD A THIRD TRUCK SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY AND THE CUSTOMER SAID TO CALL IT QUITS. I DONT RUN RIVERSIDE AUCTION AND CANT CONTROL GATE PASSES
