The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This Service Provider was rude and aggressive over the telephone. They stated soon after the bid was accepted that they had no idea when they could make it to pick up the vehicle but that they would know only 12 hours before doing so.
The day before their expected arrival to pick up the vehicle, I called them only to find that they said they would NOT be able to make it and that the only option was to pay MORE (?) for them to show up. They also mentioned that I would not be able to leave

Fantastic work on this. Shipper arrived at origin on-time as expected with expected equipment. Then, communicated on progress while in-transit and coordinated with me when nearing the destination. Everything went perfect and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jeff!
