Very good. On time anf efficient, nice two guys from Phoenix. Deliveed on time! Can't say ANYTING Negative. (Should maybe have called when shipment was delivered). Shipment delivered in good condition, Scooter/Mopped carefully tied down. Service Provider professional and communicative (see above about staying in communication but I realize they were fairly new with uShip).

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper and I agreed to cancel after a conflict arose (from me!)when he called me the evening before and not only I had forgotten his pick up date but I also had my shipment (a moped/scooter) all disassembled as I was trying to find out why the scooter would not start. I also mixed up the date of pick-up. It my fault and I did apologized to him and ow to you. The sipper was very polite and understanding. I would use that shipper (renampa) and would recommend him to anyone.

Shippment was not ready for pick up as bid indicated. Dates did not work for shipper.
