Duane kept us up to date from the time his bid was accepted to the delivery of our trailer. He fought his way through a monster snowstorm and rain to delivery it in a very reasonable time frame. Trailer was in good condition and he took the time to explain the features of the trailer to a towing newbie. No wonder your other feedback is so positive. Thanks for all your work.
