I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been attempting to get this shipper to communicate since he accepted the job. He agreed to pick up yesterday either before 10:30am or after 4:00pm. He did neither, when he finally answered my calls (which go straight to voice mail) he said this morning worked better for him! He was to have called the person who has the puppy to arrange pickup yesterday, he did not. He called after 10:30am and never called her back despite her calling him and leaving a message and me texting him several ti

Even thought it was a very long trip for our little pup, she came through like a trooper. Cindi spoiled her as much as we would have and all was well. She's a great person to trust with your pet - her concern and love for the animals is as clear as her knowledge and care of them all. Would I use them again? Oh, yes! Thanks, Cindi, for taking care of our little red headed poodle. A day ahead of schedule and all was good. Can't recommend her enough.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper is very nice and accommodating. I have developed health issues that make it impossible to keep the dogs in the shipment right now. In the future I would be happy to re-book, but right now I don't know when that will be.

Great communication, timely delivery despite bad weather and massive traffic issues, puppy arrived happy, healthy and I'm suspecting a bit more spoiled than he left his other home. Thanks SO much for a great experience. I've already recommended tgronna to others for puppy transport.
