About Me

I restore vintage motorcycles out of my residential garage in Minnesota. I buy bikes from all over the United States and Canada. Some of the bikes I have bought were almost "race ready" that were shipped upright with tie-downs in enclosed trailers and some have been in such bad condition that the best way to move them was just to throw them in the back of a pick up truck uncovered. Most of the shipments I need help with are not time sensitive which allows a transportation firm to hold onto the bike until another load is combined with mine to make the trip more profitable.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time **Disregard Reason to cancel comment, there isn't one correct for this situation **. CUSTOMER AND I EXCHANGED QUESTIONS PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE TODAY. IT APPEARS HE MISTOOK THE CONTEXT OF THE DIALOGUE AND THOUGHT PICKUP WAS TODAY (THURSDAY). MY BID INDICATED BEFORE AUGUST 3RD...OF WHICH I WILL ACTUALLY BE PASSING DETROIT THE P.M. OF MONDAY, AUGUST 2ND. PLEASE CANCEL THE CANCELLATION AS NOBODY WAS 'BLOWN OFF' HERE TODAY, AND WE WILL GET THIS PICKUP PERFORMED PER THE BID TIMEFRAME. THANKS, JAM

Excellent transaction from start to finish. Jeff kept great contact with me, showed up on time as scheduled and delivered on time as scheduled. The truck arrived in great shape and Jeff had obviously anchored the vehicle well. Great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff Salem to anyone.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider never contacted pick up contact/seller. Service provider did not return my calls or texts. I asked the seller to stay late at her business at the service provider's request. The service provider can try and spin his way out of this, but he just plain old "blew me off."

I DIDN'T BLOW OFF CUSTOMER - HE FAILED TO READ THE BID DETAILS COMPLETELY - READ LISTING. It clearly states I would pickup with bike during evening hours on AUGUST 3RD OR BEFORE. He accepted the bid at 2pm on 7/29 and told his Seller I was on the way. I NEVER said I was coming that day, I was in Maine! *eyes roll upward*. He left a message while I was resting (I drive nights, sleep days) and filed a cancellation WITHIN 6 HOURS OF ACCEPTING! He didn't reply to my emails when told of HIS ERROR.
