I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Immediately upon being notified by uShip my bid was accepted I called Shipper. Shipper requested Certificate of Insurance, I called my Agent and was informed that because of a recent business move my new addressing and info update had not been reported to Federal Motor Carrier and that there would be a 10 day delay before Certificate could be issued. I do not want to transport for Shipper w/o binding insurance coverage, the risk to my Shipper would be to great. Respectfully ~ MC624156

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service provider did not call me to notify me that they were not going to pick up boat, when I called they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disrepectful... We didn't have time to find another driver, so now our boats are sitting at the auction probably getting things stolen off of them everyday. Super rude company!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had specific times and dates this boat needed to be picked up and driver kept promising me someone was going to be there time and time again. My last email was an attempt to get a hold of someone and there has been no RESPONSE! Very unprofessional and frustrating! I need to find another transporter.

Rudy was great, stayed in contract with my customers and our dealership the entire trip. He ran the boat the wash before delivery, so that it looked nice for the customer when he dropped it off. We were very happy with Rudy and will continue to use him for deliveries!
