Luis was late in arriving due to an earlier dog that had problems and had to go back- not a bad thing. He and his wife communicated well on the trip,had fun with the dogs and all arrived safely and ahead of schedule. He cares about animals and cares about improving the u ship quality of transporting as well. We definitely will use Luis again in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were told pick up would be Tuesday, and then it was delayed until this morning (Wednesday 03/13). Christa had confirmed this as the pick up time and date. She never showed up to pick up, never called, emailed, or sent a text explaining the delay and offering another pick up time and date. We have had them transport for us in the past without issue, but the last few transports we have booked with them, have all turned out like this. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider It was not clear that all dogs would be transported in the cab without crates until this morning, and we did not feel it would be safe for dogs that are unfamiliar with each other, and larger in size, to be transported in this way. There were also concerns about lack of communication and reasons given for pick up delays.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Canines with a Cause, the receiving rescue in Utah, backed out of rescuing Lady and Tramp on Tuesday, so no transport from Georgia to Utah will be needed. Sorry about the cancellation, and thank you for your bid.
