This man was very decieving to deal with we emailed back in forth 3 times during transport and i spoke with him 1 and our driver spoke with him 3 times Also 12 horses the whole trip between pick up and drop offs not more than 8 on our trailer at once Also bill sighned a contract stating that we dont acept checks at delivey and was supposed to send the money and we have not recieved yet and horses were in great condition we have pictures to prove that

Tom Sturgill is very impressive in his professionalism and the highest level of customer service I've seen in quite a while. He's a shipper others can only aspire to. He tells when he will be there and keeps to his word.

I'm quite unhappy with this carrier. Originally booked to pick up on the 7th and deliver by the 12th, they picked up on the 6th and delivered on the 13th. They don't know how to communicate and basically don't return calls. I was at the receiving farm and got three dehydrated horses. The driver told me he was loading twelve horses onto a trailer in which I count only eight windows, I'll let you make your own conclusions. I offered him his payment, he wanted it mailed. No recommendations.

We picked up early because of storm coming in and we took longer becaus his horse was 28 and needed longer layovers. and we had 12 horses pick up and drops across from OR to NY he asked driver how many horses on this trip that is how many we had for hole trip not all at once. We do not accept checks and say so on our contract so driver asked to send to office did not recieve payment as of yet. We care for horses driver dose not answer phone while driveing we spoke 2 a day pluse email once a day.
