I did not show up at agreed upon date and time CUSTOMER WANTED TO PAY US WAY LESS THAN WHAT HE BID FOR, HE SAID THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE. THIS CUSTOMER LIKES TO ACCEPT HI BIDS AND PAY LESS THAN WHAT IT SHOULD BE! NOT RECOMMEND THIS CUSTOMER TO ANYONE. THANK YOU Response from Terry D.: He offered to ship for $450, then changed his price to $570. No communication, very unprofessional. Read his feedback, We accepted his bid for the agreed price then it went up. Even then, he said would pick up in 10 days, we waited 15, He did not show or even call. What would you do?

I am VERY pleased with Jim, he did everything that he said he would. Jim kept his schedule and kept me informed. I could not ask for a better more professional person to haul my bikes! Thank you Jim

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipping provider is undependable, did not show up as agreed. He said he would pick the bike up in 10 days, we waited 15. Very poor communications, has not contacted me or indicated why he is a no show. This has been a very unfortunate and bad experience for my first time using Uship. We ship a lot of bikes each year, but have not used this service before. I certainly hope that this provider is not typical. Response from kaffa: WE DID NOT PICK UP BECAUSE CUSTOMER AGREE TO PAY A DIFFERENT AMOUNT WAY LOWER THAN AGREE AFTER THE BID.DO NOT USE THIS CUSTOMER, LIKES TO CHANGE TERMS AFTER AGREES TO SOMETIME ELSE. THANK YOU
