I no longer need my item(s) shipped the shipper was very good and got there to pick up my horse but after 2 hours of trying to get her to load she still wouldnt get on the trailer so he had to leaqve and contacted me and explained everything that had happened and told me to submit a cancellation request and he would accept and apologized for not being able to haul her. he was very nice and i appreciated him trying for 2 hours to get her to load

my horse arrived a couple of hours ago and i am very happy with the service! delana kept in contact to let me know everything that was going on with my mare and the trip! my mare was happy and in excellent despite her 650 mile trip. everyone was very nice3 and helpful. my mare was taker very good care of and i will be using tendertouch transport again! i would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
