Yes, no fault of this shipper. I accidentally cancelled the wrong shipment by mistake. Meant to cancel shipper who broke down and couldn't confirm pickup.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider's truck broke down and provider could not give me a confirmation on when another truck could pick up my shipment. I understand that things happen, however this cost me 7 days plus an additional $100 to ship my vehicle. Not happy with the lack of communication regarding my shipment from the provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider took 6 days to schedule pick up. Then on day of pick up, service provider's truck broke down. I understand that things happen, however I was not contacted by provider of issue, nor was I called during the following day with any information about a rescheduled shipment. Had to call multiple times and each time, provider never had any information on when shipment would be picked up. Chose to go with another provider who could confirm a pickup of my shipment.

This was my first time shipping a car and my experience was nothing short of excellent. I received great communication from start to finish and my car arrived safe and secure in only 2 days, just as indicated. Service provider and shipping staff were all very professional, friendly and met my needs/expectations 110%, all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this provider. Thank you.
