Very disappointing service from Marvel. Nothing but excuses delaying the pick up of the vehicle for 1 full week. Would not suggest them.

We are very sorry for your experience. It seems as though this vehicle was booked and scheduled. Upon our initial attempt to pickup the vehicle we were informed by the customer (Peter) that we needed to wait because this vehicle was not ready yet. We explained that it would be a few more days. The vehicle was picked up within 7 days of booking. We were ready on the 2nd day of booking but the vehicle was not. This is the true reason for the delay. We are very sorry for your experience.

I used Willhaulit based on their positive feedback here on Uship, and I was not disappointed. The picked up the car within the time frame specified and delivered it earlier than specified. Nice driver, very pleasant.

Greg and his crew are outstanding. This was a wonderfully easy, painless transaction that made buying a car long distance a breeze. (CA to NJ) Picked upi when they said and delivered right on time. Very courteous driver and excellent equipment.
