Very slow shipping. Way overpriced. Broke the front fender on my bike which is extremely hard to replace and very expensive.

Picked up within 4 days which is pretty good for discount shipping. If you felt it was over-priced at $0.28/mile, why did you book it in the first place? Also, damage was never brought to our attention. I guess this proves that reviews really don't mean anything - some people will never be happy.
