Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Because two of our drivers we're fired on Monday for failing drug test, it but us far behind, and Mr Monez shippment was cancelled. The shipper was also sent a email letting him know his shipment was being delayed,before he made his report. Mr Monez will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days, with a certifed check by us mail.

Shipper requested 3 cars to be towed but paid for only 2. Third car was not towed because of non-payment.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This service provider took my money and has refused to answer my calls. I've paid him money through western union and i have documentations for payments and when i call him, he pretends he doesnt know me.

Shipper paid for 2 cars but requested that 3 be picked up. Shipper did not pay for 3rd car as agreed so only 2 were picked up and delivered.
