I no longer need my item(s) shipped Stated shipping booked and picked up within 72 hours of confirmation of booking. Confirmed bid. Placed deposit. Then all I get is phone calls and emails with more forms that must be filled out before PICKUP, and remaining balance paid via credit card before booking. Iwhy would i prepay before having my bucket at least picked up? Read fine print they dont coordinate pick up or delivery. I have to do it all myself. WHAT AM I PAYING YOU SO MUCH FOR?
