I no longer need my item(s) shipped No issue with Heather, the serivce provider. She provided outstanding communication and customer service. She was going to transport our new puppy but the puppy became sick and needed an extra vet check before pickup. Unfornatually, we had to cancel the pickup transaction.

Great price, In the end a nice courteous professional driver, but a nightmare with communication. I fully understand mother nature and blizzards happen, but consistent communication would have been great. I had to reach out to both the broker and transport company each time to get updates. And their feedback from prior shipments reflects this issue.

We understand the customer's preference for daily updates. All due respect- we did not offer that up front nor were daily updates requested from us. We provide the drivers info and that info can be used to directly reach the driver any time you feel you need an update. Unless we are asked for daily updates to come directly from us, we feel that your ability to reach the driver anytime day or night is sufficient. We apologize that the customer did not feel the same.
