Well it fits the positive feedback. Although not entirely pleased. on 8/2/07 bid placed to move truck. To be picked up on 8/10 and delivered 8/13. Contacted by contractor and said it would not fit on their trailer. Would have to wait till 8/23 for new trailer. Wasn't shipped till 8/27 and arrived on trailer they said it didn't fit on. waited over 25 days. Then was told I was responsible to find dock to off load truck. Communication was poor when problem started to happen. Truck arrived ok.
Response from IITS:
Series of uncontrollable circumstances have led to a not altogether satisfied customer. Changes in equipment availability is a fact of life, especially when the load is not to normal standard dimensions as originally understood when contracted. We made several concessions to try to please the customer, obviously to no avail. Unfortunately things like this happen once in a while. Definately not our standard.
