had all pictures of damage. she bought from pawnshop sight on seen and wants to put blame on me. i had condition report signed at pickup u didnt want to see it.

Long time ago, but I just saw this. I remember this well. Shipper had the bike thrown in the back of a pickup. I'd seen pictures of it AT the pawn shop. It was not damaged. When delivered, he called when he was a few minutes away; it was evening; he pulled over to the side of the street a half-block away, at night, handed me the bike; I exclaimed at the scratches and he said that's the way it came, and took off. No offer to show me a condition report. I would certainly have wanted to see it.

Expensive Bicycle was transported loose in open pickup of dirt bikes and other heavy equipment. Front wheel had been removed and placed under motorcycle; was ruined. Delivery was late at night and I paid w/o seeing how badly frame was scratched. (Badly). Shipper said, "I didn't do it!" This was late at night and I was alone and was not comfortable with him coming in to look at bike with me, or with refusing to pay. Value of bike was halved by this treatment. I'd never do this again.

lady bought bike from pawn shop sight onseen. i had pawn shop sign condition report when i left their. all scrathes were noted. showed her slip at drop off bike was in back of pickup. standing up never was laided down. picure taken at pickup of damage. didnt want to see them. soo lets not talk about damage

Great communication all the way. Worked well with a rather unusual pickup situation, dropped off VERY conveniently, my shipment had been handled with impeccable care. I wish everything I was shipping was on their routes.
