I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Pick up location didn’t speak English so I had to talk to his kid: he told me my truck and trailer won’t fit in their property so I’d have to park on a busy street. Then all the bikes are in a backyard. So one doesn’t rolll and will need to be picked up. Then since I’m ahead of schedule on my route was told if I’m not there at a certain time they are leaving. Just not going to deal with all of this..

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Lies lies more lies Luckily I got all communications documented, texts and emails, that’s why I don’t take calls Will provide uShip accordingly Incidentally, copart inc staff were not at all helpful shooing me away like a fly in a hurry to get out of work despite the fact I arrive their before 4 pm with all documents provided by the consignee that I had to print in an office max somewhere standing in que for over an hour spending $15 where as it turns out are of no use I approve

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When i paid this shipment the transporter told me no more than 5 days to pick it up , so now the problem is the storage fees generared in the auction yard waiting for this picking up , if he want to cancel, he should have to pay the storage fee generared until we waiting for him , now the storage fee is for $150 dlls, the yard charge $40 every day, so if he not going to do his job then he should have to pay all the storage fees generared now.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider the service provider has very bad communication with me, he should have to picked up today and never answer my text messsages and still i dont know where is he now. every day i try to reach him with no luck
