After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I don't want to put my jeep on a car carrier, I posted flatbed setup.

it was my fault for choosing a broker instead of a carrier, Was very disappointed in this transaction, i took the bid based on them telling me they would have no issues with my timeframe and load. I have a very custom Jeep that i wanted to ship enclosed, after waiting for 6 days with no pickup date i was forced into open transport to meet my deadline, then they hire a company to pickup and never tell the driver that it’s a custom lifted jeep, after loaded the d.o.t made them take all the air out

We did not have an enclosed carrier operating your route at the time and to get your vehicle shipped as quickly as possible we offered you the option to ship your vehicle on an open hauler. The dimensions of your vehicle were provided to the carrier that was assigned. Our Compliance Team has been informed and they will address this issue with the carrier.
