Totally professional yet personal at the same time. My first experience with internet shipping and I give an A+. Shipped a 37" used plasma TV from FL to NY with zero problem. It went exactly as promised with the owner personally hand packing and delivering to my kids. Also, UPS wanted $360 and I ended up getting it done faster and better for less than a third the price! I highly recommend Robert from Annes' Limm. and encourage everyone to accept their bids. Courteous, polite and professional!!!!
