Jim and Karen were excellent! They took absolute care of my boat as if it were their own. They also use a laptop and blackberry, provided updates on their location while en route, and would respond to emails within minutes. This gave great piece of mind, and helped with coordinating pickup and dropoff details and timing.
You will not be disappointed using them to haul your prized possessions.
