The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was promised a pick up of within 5 days of the booking, its in writing and it was I chose them, Im on day 19. I have sent them several emails and even spoke to them directly and they still cannot get the vehicle picked up.

overall I was satisfied. Connie kept me informed of the shipment. I was hoping to receive it a but faster.

Thanks for your comments. That was a hard run as we hit weather in MI and weather in WYOMING CO on our way to NM. We wish we could take care of everyone as fast as they would like. Sometimes things are beyond our control. We would ship with you again and thanks for the opportunity. Terry

I would like to say positive and I like to give a small guy a break but come. right now, Im not happy. I cannot always get ahold of him, does not return calls or call me like he said he would. Say's he would be at my house with bike on 9/09 at 9pm He did not show and did not call me. Im still waiting! Lets get it done so I can move on or do I need to call police? I do not need to worry about my $4500 bike being ran across the country for $500.00 like it is now. Better not be any damage to it.
