Wayne is an absolute great guy and very professional in how he conducts business. We threw him a lot of curves, and he took them all in stride and delivered flawlessly. He even had a situation beyond his control, in which he could have said, "Sorry, I can't finish the job," but he literally went out of his way to get the job done.
