Once booked,Kerry had all paperwork needed for pickup emailed to me within minutes.Very good communicator.Once I arrived at D/O point,him and his crew had the boom lift unloaded extremely quick. Nice guy to do business with.

Dispatch did not call ahead as requested, but driver called an hour before, which helped and the driver was VERY, VERY helpful in getting an odd shaped, heavy load off the truck.
