went to pick up backhoe and we could not get it to start, as it was very cold [-20] and the people that had it did not charge the battery or make and atempts to get it runing, I tryed for almost 2 hours and gave up, it cost me to go there and no go.it was not Bills falt.

went to pick the hoe up, and the battery were froze , tryed for 2-3 hours to start it, but no go, just to cold and bad battery
