A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer requested vehicle to be picked up in one day. Our pick-up window is 1-7 business days. Time frame did not work for customer. Cancellation was requested.

Very Nice guys but communication left a lot to be desired. Showed up with an over packed trailer full of junk so bad that I had to load the bike in backwards and pray that it landed to my buyer the way it left. Did not return phone calls from myself and buyer in an acceptable timeframe. Promised buyer to arrive at 6am tuesday and showed up that evening instead with no phone call. Like I said, nice guys to possibly move a couch or something but not a custom motorcycle.

We responded immediately to the person buying the bike and we kept in contact with him. We picked up in the timeframe we specified in the bid and although the trailer was pretty full, we made sure the bike was protected fully during transit. The customer was extremely happy with the delivery and gave us a nice tip as well, unfortunately the customer is not the one leaving feedback. Neutral feedback for the service we provided is below par. We haul motorcycles all the time and take extreme care

This transaction could not have gone better. Booked on Saturday Night at 7pm and Kevin Picked up my boat 2pm the next day. Kevin communicated well with text messages and always picked up the phone when I called. Boat came exactly when promised in just 4 days. I was a little skeptical at first with the his (0) feedback but turned out to be a great business transaction. Thanks again Kevin.
