There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved we have not billed any amount as well as we have had continued to attempt to contact the shipper with updates to the current shipping demands with the location and our truck in the repair shop for major repairs we attempted to secure a back up carrier for their shipment.

There was no change made to anything. No contact was made with me. In fact, I attempted to contact several times and was told I would have to speak to someone else every time. I will be checking my banking account to verify that I wasn't charged.
