I did not show up at agreed upon date and time i am very sorry my aunt passed away the funeral was this morning

Other than being a day late for pickup, this service provider is excellent in communication and handling. I would recommend. Thank you.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did NOT show up twice. The original pickup was supposed to happen Sat/Sun. I didn't receive a call from them until Mon. I let the service provider decide the best time for them to pickup Tue. They picked 9:30am on Tue. It's now Thu. After the initial contact on Mon, I haven't been able to reach them anymore. I've tried calling them over 20 times, left 5 messages, no response. Communication with this service provider is near impossible and would never recommend them. Response from howardshome1972: death in family was not home to get phone calls
