Matt was the kind of person that you want to ship for. He had all of the contact information that I need, meet me at the scheduled time, and was understanding about traffic problems. I would love to ship for him again.

James delivered our puppy in good condition but there were several delays that could have been communicated better. Our puppy was scheduled to be picked up on Mon or Tues but wasn't picked up until 5 pm on Wed. James ran into some bad weather and traffic troubles but we had to call him to find out what was going on. Once he picked up the puppy James did a great job with delivery.

Tim did a great job shipping our puppy. He treated her as if she was one of his own and the puppy arrived in great condition. I would recommend Tim to others and plan to try to use him again in the future.

Jimmy brought up our new dog Harley and he treated Harley like one of his own. We could not have asked for more. We would recommend Jimmy for any shipment; he kept in touch the whole way, was very vigilant, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Jimmy is a great guy and a class A act.

Ken did a great job. He cared for my dog as if she was his own, I could not ask for more. He was very professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend Ken to anyone for any type of shipment. First class all the way.
