I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This customer accepted our bid with the premise that the item was ready to be picked up, and with the fact that we were only booking this job to save another nearby after someone else canceled. The bike shop had the paper work messed up, and we were unable to pick the bike up on the last trip. We waited six hours to try to get the bike on the last trip. Now the sales person will not wait until after business close for us, or come meet us after hours so we can pick up the bike.

Shipper (tBird) is CORRECT. Tbird was ready to pick up, showed up at dealer. Cycle dealer did not want to cut me some/any slack re paperwork. I missed the optimum window..My Bad. tBird has GREAT communication throughout the process.
