EXCELLENT!!! 500 Characters is not near enough to describe how satisfied I am with this shipper. I was delayed severely by weather on this shipment to a customer who was anxious to receive his new toy & instead of the usual disapointment one would expect, I was met with understanding and laughter. A real asset to Uship!! Very FAIR and pleasant person. This guy even has a cool dog. What more can you say...? Seriously, you never know what kind of people you are dealing with & this guy is TOP SHELF
