The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled After acceptance of the shipment the person at the shipping location told me that the items were well over twice the stated weight and were not on the ground floor as listed but were downstairs, requiring 3 or 4 people total to move them up stairs, and I bid on items that one or two people could handle. In the future do not misrepresent shipments. You do not end up getting any service for free and it just costs everyone time and money when it is cancelled.

AllPassmore moved our 1908 Grand Piano 800 miles. They were personable, friendly and great to work with. They loaded and unloaded the piano on both ends, and treated it wonderfully. They were even accommodating when the Piano was substantially (600 lbs) heavier than I had thought. They did however miss the original pickup date, and didn't communicate or respond for 2-days afterwords. Apart from that, they were great shippers, and I'd be happy to work with them again.

Very friendly people with excellent communication. They did an excellent job transporting the baby grand piano. Any time I have anything that needs moving, they'll be the first people I call.
